These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bible Verses Meaning mobile application ("App") operated by Nexus Opportunity Holdings LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Bible Verses Meaning is a Bible study application that provides access to the King James Version of the Bible with integrated Strong's Concordance word studies, AI-powered Biblical Insights, figurine dioramas depicting biblical authors and characters, and daily verse features.
We offer a 7-day free trial that provides full access to all App features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
We offer the following subscription options:
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nexus Opportunity Holdings LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes our figurine dioramas, app design, branding, and AI-generated analyses.
The King James Version of the Bible is in the public domain. Strong's Concordance reference numbers and definitions are used for educational purposes.
Our Biblical Insights and Word Study features use artificial intelligence to generate analyses and explanations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Important: AI-generated content should not be considered as professional theological, spiritual, or pastoral advice. We encourage users to study Scripture, consult with qualified spiritual leaders, and draw their own conclusions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUS OPPORTUNITY HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexus Opportunity Holdings LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
